介绍成对角接触球轴承的预负荷量公差的计算方法,和如何在轴承制造厂实现这一公差,从而保证成批角接触球轴承的刚性一致性。本文提出了成对球轴承刚性计算方法,说明了我国有关标准中预负荷量规定的合理性。
This paper introduces how to calculate the preload tolerance of the angular contact ball bearings and how to achieve this tolerance in the bearing manufacturer so as to ensure the rigidity consistency of the batch angular contact ball bearings. In this paper, the method of calculating the rigidity of the paired ball bearings is presented, which shows the rationality of preload in the relevant standards in our country.
