[目的]观察平胃消导胶囊对情志刺激引起的功能性消化不良(FD)模型大鼠胃电活动和胃肠激素水平的影响,探讨其可能的作用机制。[方法]将实验大鼠随机分为6组:空白对照组,模型组,多潘立酮药物对照组,平胃消导胶囊大、中、小剂量组。除空白对照组外,其余各组用夹尾激怒法复制FD大鼠模型,观察和对比各组大鼠胃窦消化间期综合肌电(IMC)活动,检测血浆胃动素(MOT)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平,并以此评价药物疗效。[结果]与模型组相比,平胃消导胶囊治疗组IMC周期缩短(P<0.05,<0.01)、Ⅲ相时程延长(P<0.01)、Ⅲ相发生率增高(P<0.05,<0.01),血浆MOT水平升高(P<0.05,<0.01),VIP水平降低(P<0.01)。[结论]平胃消导胶囊可增强FD模型大鼠胃电活动,恢复性调节MOT、VIP水平,表现出良好的整体调节和促进胃排空作用。加大剂量治疗效果更好,是治疗FD疗效确切的中药制剂。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Pingwei Xiaogui Capsule on gastric electrical activity and gastrointestinal hormones in rats with functional dyspepsia (FD) induced by emotional stimulation, and to explore its possible mechanism. [Methods] The rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: blank control group, model group, domperidone drug control group, and Pingweixiaodai capsule large, medium and small dose groups. Except for the blank control group, the other groups were treated with tail-flapping irritated to replicate the FD rat model. The IMG activities in the gastric antrum interdigestive phase in each group were observed and compared, and plasma motilin (MOT) and blood vessels were measured. Active intestinal peptide (VIP) levels were used to evaluate drug efficacy. [Results] Compared with the model group, the IMC cycle was shortened (P<0.05, <0.01), the duration of phase III was prolonged (P<0.01), and the incidence of phase III was increased in the PTG group (P<0.05, < 0.01), plasma MOT levels increased (P <0.05, <0.01), VIP levels decreased (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Pingweixiaodai capsule can increase gastric electrical activity in FD model rats, restore the regulation of MOT, VIP levels, showing a good overall regulation and promote gastric emptying. It is better to increase the dose of treatment, and it is an effective Chinese medicine preparation for the treatment of FD.
