劳动教养(以下简称“劳教”)制度改革,伴随而来的是轻罪案件增加。为积极应对,青岛中院成立了课题组,先后走访了青岛市公安法制支队、司法局狱管处、市检察院批捕和公诉处、市劳教所以及部分基层法院,采取座谈讨论、统计分析、试点演练等方法进行了实证调研。一、青岛市2010—2012年劳教的基本情况及特点
The reform of the system of reeducation through labor (hereinafter referred to as “re-education through labor”) resulted in an increase in misdemeanors.
