家经贸委副主任谢旭人在成都召开的全国技术改造工作会议上透露，我国将把今年１５００亿元国债资金中的９０亿元继续用于技术改造。谢旭人说，今年的国债技改资金将主要用于促进产业升级，加快结构调整，加强重点企业安全生产治理、工业节能节水和污染治理以及推进企业信息化
Xie Xuren, deputy director of the Economic and Trade Committee of the State Economic and Trade Commission, revealed at a national technological transformation conference held in Chengdu that China will continue to make 9 billion yuan of the treasury bonds of 150 billion yuan this year for technological transformation.
