进入21世纪,面对知识经济的兴起和激烈的市场竞争,世界各国之间的竞争,最终体现在人才素质的竞争上。加入WTO之后,长庆石油勘探局将走向全球经济舞台。为了应对这一挑战,长庆石油勘探局将毫无选择地进行各项深层次的变革与创新,其中包括企业职工培训的全方位应对。这就需要企业教育培训工作走出原有的“领地”,从更新的高度、更广的视角,对企业教育培训的内涵、职能、体制、实施的内容与手段等方面进行深层次的思考。
In the 21st century, in the face of the rise of knowledge-based economy and fierce market competition, the competition among all the countries in the world is ultimately reflected in the competition in the quality of qualified personnel. After joining the WTO, Changqing Petroleum Exploration Bureau will move toward the global economic arena. In order to meet this challenge, Changqing Petroleum Exploration Bureau will have no choice to carry out a variety of deep-seated changes and innovations, including the full range of enterprise staff training response. This requires enterprise education and training work out of the original “territory”, from a new perspective, a broader perspective on the enterprise education and training content, functions, systems, implementation of the content and means of deep reflection.
