氧气顶吹转炉30吨钢包喷吹稀土粉的实验取得了初步效果:平均脱氧率ηΣ[O]达47%左右,平均脱硫率ηs达15%左右,脱氧脱硫的一部分产物随着喷吹过程上浮排出,起到了净化钢液的作用,另一部分残留在钢中的夹杂物被有效地改变了形态、大小及分布。这种变性夹杂物的作用,明显地改善和提高了板材的机械性能,减少了钢材的纵横向异性效应,低温横向冲击值提高40~47%。稀土在钢中有效利用率平均达47%左右。从剖部中观察到改善了钢的低倍组织,硫在锭的各部位分布均匀,稀土在锭的各部位分布符合剖锭分布规律。
