氟乙酰胺(Fluoracetamide)是一种灭鼠药,其误食引起的中毒报告甚少,我科1992年12月至1996年3月间共收治误食氟乙酰胺中毒的儿童19例。现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 本组19例,男9例,女10例。市郊3例(15.79％),乡村16例(84.21％)。年龄1～3岁6例,4～6岁9例,7～10岁4例。均因把15％氟乙酰胺浸入饼干、麻花等食品中作毒饵灭鼠,放置不当,引起儿童误食中毒,误食病史可靠,均有药样证实。按15％药液
Fluoracetamide is a kind of rodenticide. Its poisoning caused by poisoning is rarely reported. From December 1992 to March 1996, 19 cases of children receiving fluoroacetamide poisoning were treated. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 19 patients, 9 males and 10 females. Suburban 3 cases (15.79%), rural 16 cases (84.21%). 6 cases were aged from 1 to 3 years old, 9 cases were from 4 to 6 years old and 4 cases were from 7 to 10 years old. Due to the 15% fluoroacetamide immersed in biscuits, twist and other food poison bait rodent, improper placement, causing children eating poisoning, eating a reliable medical history, are confirmed by the sample.
