随着市场经济的不断发展,乡镇企业占整个国民经济的比重越来越大,乡镇企业人力资源管理的科学程度都深刻地影响乡镇企业自身竞争力的提高。本文论述了目前我国乡镇企业人力资源管理所面临的问题,提出了如何建立合理的人力资源管理模式。
With the continuous development of market economy, the proportion of TVEs in the entire national economy is growing. The scientific level of human resource management in TVEs has a profound impact on the competitiveness of TVEs. This article discusses the current problems of human resource management in township enterprises in our country and puts forward how to establish a reasonable mode of human resource management.
