Modern Chinese society is an ensemble of tradition and modernity. The Han River, a river of inland waterways traversed by traditional wooden boats as the main means of transport, has been very slow to modernize after being hit by the rise of shipping. Famine, war and new technologies have not changed the long-term existence of wooden boats, which contains the information of “continuity of history”; and the rising new transportation system centered on land transport (railways and highways) On the Golden Trail of the Trinidad and Han Dynasty, the “fission” movement has emerged. On the one hand, it has moved in the direction of modernization and at the same time has moved to the inevitable decline and the “marginalized” destiny.
