神经病理性疼痛形成机制极其复杂,尽管近年来人们对病理性疼痛的发病机制及新药开发做了很多研究,但对神经病理性疼痛的形成仍存在疑问。CCL5属于CC亚家族趋化因子,病理状态下对炎症反应的异常调节可诱发或加剧多种疾病。许多研究提示CC亚家族趋化因子CCL5或与病理性疼痛相关,在介导神经病理性疼痛中具有潜在的功能,但其机制尚不十分明确。本文通过综述CCL5在病理性疼痛的产生与调控中的作用机制,探讨CCL5作为神经病理性疼痛致病因子的可能性。
The mechanism of neuropathic pain is extremely complicated. Although many studies have been done on the pathogenesis of pathological pain and the development of new drugs in recent years, there is still doubt about the formation of neuropathic pain. CCL5 belongs to CC subfamily chemokines, abnormal regulation of inflammatory response under pathological conditions may induce or exacerbate various diseases. Numerous studies suggest that the CC subfamily chemokine CCL5 may be associated with pathological pain and potentially plays a role in mediating neuropathic pain, but the mechanism is still unclear. This article reviews the mechanism of CCL5 in pathogenesis and regulation of pathological pain and explores the possibility of CCL5 as a causative agent of neuropathic pain.
