目标定向理论是研究个体在成就情景中的动机和行为的理论。本文将目标定向理论运用于体育教育网球专修课教学实验中,并采用问卷调查法、教学实验法、数理统计法,对教学实验后所得的数据采用T检验的统计学分析,从理论和实践上证明了该理论应用于网球专修课教学中更有利于提高学生的理论知识和专项技术水平。并将其进一步推广到其它术科教学中,为高校体育教学方法的改革提供参考。
Goal-oriented theory is to study the individual motivation and behavior in the achievement scenario theory. In this paper, we use the theory of target orientation in teaching experiment of tennis specialized course in physical education and use the method of questionnaire survey, teaching experiment and mathematical statistics to analyze the data obtained from teaching experiment using T test. In theory and practice This paper proves that this theory is more suitable for the teaching of tennis courses to improve students’ theoretical knowledge and special technical level. And further promote it to other teaching, to provide reference for the reform of college PE teaching methods.
