觀摩教學是學校研究教學、交流經驗的很好的方式,但是,如果態度不對頭,也就會流於虛僞的形式主義。 讀者浮漾同志反映:他們學校最近舉行了一次規模較大的物理觀摩教學,不單有本校許多教師參加,而且也有許多外校、教育局的人來觀摩。於是事前物理老師大力預備,並且把他所要提問的人都佈置好,把準備在課堂上提問的問題也都事先發給被提問的同學去準備。目的是等到觀摩謀提問時,學生能夠「完善」地回答出來,以示他的教學「效果」。也有這樣的情形:有的教師平時對教學不認真、不夠負責,而到舉行觀摩時才來「表演」,才來「顯身手」,講得十分起勁,十分熟練。提問時故意只找好的同學來回答。
