本文研究了水稻10种数量性状间的相关性,遗传进度和选择指数等遗传参数。结果表明,相关和通径分析以每穗粒数,每株穗数、株高和穗长对单株产量贡献较大,故选择时应予以重视。在单株粒重的选择指数中每穗粒数是重要的性状,每株穗数是相关选择的关键性状,选择大穗同时兼顾株高对单株产量也有一定的提高效果,应作为限制性选择指标。在水稻育种中应用选择指数方法进行综合选择比对单株产量单一性状直接选择效率高20.42%,应用前景广泛。
In this paper, we studied the genetic parameters such as the correlation among 10 quantitative traits, genetic progress and selection index. The results showed that correlation and path analysis should pay more attention to the selection in terms of the number of spikes per panicle, the number of panicles per plant, the height of plant and the length of spike per plant. The grain number per panicle is an important trait in the selection index of grain weight per plant, and the number of panicle per plant is the key trait for related selection. Choosing big panicle and taking plant height into account also has certain effect on yield per plant, Select the indicator. It is 20.42% higher than direct selection of single traits per plant in rice breeding by using selection index method, which has wide application prospect.
