孙培杰先生是全国葡萄大王,从70年代末开始,他刻苦钻研葡萄栽培技术,在一系列技术难题上有很大突破,做出了很大贡献,1988年始,他在无葡萄产区海南省经过艰难探索,终于在海南大面积种植成功,结束了专家早已定论的“海南不能种葡萄”的历史。孙培杰先生在这一领域的突出成就,得到了党和国家领导人的赞扬,受到了中央等有关领导部门的表彰,邓小平、王震等中央领导多次接见。中央新闻电影制片厂还专门拍摄了新闻纪录片“葡萄大王孙培杰”。从1986年始,他陆续从美国引进“黑提”、“红提”、“红提无核”、“早红提”等一系列新品种。在国内先后试种成功。目前,经其精心培育,“红提无核”、“早红提”与其它品种相比已显示出其很大优越性。本刊已于3、4期编发了孙培杰先生的葡萄种植技术,本期续登,希望对关心葡萄种植的读者有所俾益。
