演出行业从整体文化市场地位的思考出发,根据对演出服务内在规律的分析,从营销理念、营销技巧、演出服务流程等角度,寻求最有效的演出营销方案。演出市场发展到现在,如何进行最有效的营销方式,是每一个演出团体和经纪人最绞尽脑汁关注的问题。从目前演出市场的现状看,供求失衡、求大于供的现象没有根本的改变,特别是在广大农村,情况更加严峻。
