本文介绍了一种简单、经济、可靠的涡轮钻转速随钻测量(MWD)系统,所用井下转速信号信息发生器是涡轮整体的一部分,不需要另加任何井下仪器,转速信号利用泥浆信道传递。本文对三缸泥浆泵工作在泥浆通道中所引起的干扰作了分析,提出了用自适应滤波与谱分析法对地面接受到的信号进行处理的方法,给出了在中原油田实验井1000M井深范围进行试验时实录的三组频谱图。利用本文所述的系统制造一种经济、可靠的涡轮钻转速计用于在地面测量3000m以上井深的涡轮钻转速是完全现实的。
In this paper, a simple, economical and reliable MWD system is introduced. The downhole speed signal generator used is a part of the turbine. No additional downhole tools are required and the speed signal is transmitted through the mud channel. In this paper, the interference caused by the work of the three-cylinder mud pump in the mud passage is analyzed. The method of using the adaptive filtering and spectrum analysis to process the signal received by the ground is given. The range of three spectra recorded during the experiment. It is entirely realistic to utilize the system described herein to produce an economical and reliable turbo-drill tachometer for measuring the rotational speed of a turbine drilled well above 3000 m on the ground.
