In order to improve the wear resistance and anti-ablation ability of the synchronizer ring of the transmission, the service life of the synchronizer ring is prolonged, and the molybdenum process is performed on the conical surface of the synchronizer ring. The results show that the flame spray molybdenum process can make the product quality fully meet the German ZF company standards
