研究了在硫酸介质中,微量Cr(Ⅵ) 催化溴酸钾氧化罗丹明B褪色反应及其动力学条件,建立了催化动力学光度法测定微量Cr(Ⅵ) 的新方法。方法的测定范围为0~5.0 μg/25 m L,检出限为1.24×10- 6g/L。本法可直接用于水样及电镀废水中Cr(Ⅵ) 的测定。
In the sulfuric acid medium, the trace Cr (Ⅵ) catalyzed oxidation of rhodamine B by potassium bromate and its kinetic conditions were studied. A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Cr (Ⅵ) was established. The determination range of the method is 0 ~ 5.0 μg / 25 mL, with the detection limit of 1.24 × 10-6 g / L. This method can be directly applied to the determination of Cr (Ⅵ) in water samples and electroplating wastewater.
