〔目的〕掌握盐田口岸啮齿动物种群分布、密度、季节消长,为啮齿动物控制及传染病防制工作提供科学依据。〔方法〕2002—2007年采用鼠夹法和鼠笼法,对盐田口岸啮齿动物开展监测。〔结果〕发现鼠类2科3属4种,褐家鼠为优势种;2002和2007年鼠密度分别为0.33%、0.14%,平均鼠体染蚤率为33.33%,集蚤25匹,平均蚤指数为0.52。〔结论〕采取综合治理措施,鼠密度呈逐年下降趋势,控制指标符合《国境口岸医学媒介生物控制标准》(SN/T1415-2004)。
[Objective] To master the distribution, density and seasonal fluctuation of rodent population in Yantian Port, and provide a scientific basis for rodent control and prevention of infectious diseases. 〔Methods〕 2002-2007 mouse clamp method and squirrel cage method, Yantian port rodents were monitored. [Results] Four rodents were found in 3 genera and 2 families, Rattus norvegicus was the dominant species. The rodent densities in 2002 and 2007 were 0.33% and 0.14%, respectively. The mean flea flea population was 33.33% The flea index was 0.52. [Conclusion] The comprehensive control measures were taken to reduce the rat density year by year. The control index conformed to the “Biological Control Standard for Medical Media at Border Crossing” (SN / T1415-2004).
