国外高性能混凝土的配制技术高性能混凝土(APC)指抗压强度达到55KPa 以上,且具有很好的抗化学腐蚀性能或能满足其它某些性能要求的混凝土。该混凝土与传统的普通混凝土(VC)在配制技术上的区别主要在以下三个方面:①配合比采用极低的水灰比(0.2~0.3);②掺用高效减水剂和缓凝剂;③掺加粉煤灰、矿渣、硅灰等辅助胶凝材料。这种混凝土由于其优越的力学性能和耐久性,国外已将它应用于一些高层建筑、桥梁与恶劣环境下的工程结构,并取得了良好的技术经济效益。近年来,国际工程材料界正努力研究,使这一技术日臻完善。期望我国也能尽快开展这一领域的试验研究与工程实践,提高我国混凝土技术水平。
Preparation of foreign high-performance concrete High-performance concrete (APC) refers to the compressive strength of 55KPa or more, and has good resistance to chemical corrosion or concrete to meet other performance requirements. The difference between this concrete and traditional ordinary concrete (VC) is mainly in the following three aspects: (1) a very low water-cement ratio (0.2-0.3) is used in combination; (2) a superplasticizer and retarder are blended; ③ Add fly ash, slag, silica fume and other auxiliary cementitious materials. Due to its superior mechanical properties and durability, this kind of concrete has been applied abroad to some high-rise buildings, bridges and engineering structures under harsh environment and achieved good technical and economic benefits. In recent years, the international engineering material community is working hard to make this technology perfect. Expect our country can also carry out pilot research and engineering practice in this field as soon as possible to improve the level of concrete technology in our country.
