在小学阶段,让阅读成为一种享受,教师的有效引领是关键。小语教师的引领能力与水平如何,直接影响到小学生能否对阅读的产生兴趣,能否享受母语的滋养,以及学生的主体地位能否得到有效落实。笔者认为,当前阅读教学实践中,部分教师履行引领职责的意识不强、定位不准、策略不当,是导致学生不爱上阅读课、课外阅读量锐减、母语学习兴味索然
In primary school, making reading a pleasure, the effective leadership of teachers is the key. The ability and level of small language teachers 'direct leadership directly affect whether primary school students are interested in reading, whether they can enjoy the nourishment of their mother tongue, and whether the students' subjective position can be effectively implemented. In the current reading teaching practice, some teachers are not well aware of their leading duties, and they are not well-positioned and misdirected. This leads to students not falling in love reading class, decreasing their extra-curricular reading volume and learning the native language very much.
