目的探讨改进型气动物流传输系统(PTS)对常规生化项目检测结果的影响。方法采集30例体检者和20例住院患者的血液样本,分别通过改进型PTS和人工转运方式转送标本,并对相关生化指标进行测定。结果改进型PTS和人工转运方式的乳酸脱氢酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶、葡萄糖、钠、脂蛋白a、视黄醇结合蛋白、胱抑素C水平有统计学差异(P<0.05),但其批内变异系数在国家相关法规可接受范围之内,不影响临床诊断。结论改进型PTS对常规生化项目的检测结果影响在临床可接受范围之内,可用于常规生化项目检查标本的运输。
Objective To explore the influence of improved pneumatic conveying system (PTS) on the test results of routine biochemical projects. Methods Blood samples were collected from 30 subjects and 20 inpatients. The specimens were transferred by modified PTS and manual transport method respectively, and the related biochemical indexes were determined. Results The levels of lactate dehydrogenase, α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, glucose, sodium, lipoprotein a, retinol binding protein and cystatin C in the improved PTS and artificial transport modes were significantly different (P <0.05 ), But the coefficient of variation within the batch is within the acceptable range of relevant national laws and regulations, and does not affect the clinical diagnosis. Conclusion The modified PTS has a clinically acceptable range for routine biochemical test results and can be used for routine biochemical tests.
