以蜡梅新生茎段为外植体,通过改良WPM和MS基本培养基,筛选不同激素组合,建立蜡梅快繁体系。试验结果表明:MS+BA 5.00 mg/L+NAA 0.30 mg/L适合蜡梅茎段的初代培养;无菌苗在1/2MS+BA 1.00 mg/L+IBA 0.10mg/L培养基上增殖系数最高;1/2MS培养基能有效地促进组培苗生根,效率可达100.00%。蜡梅不同基因型的离体培养效果有极显著差异。
The new stem section of Chimonanthus praecox is used as explant, and different hormone combinations were screened by improving WPM and MS basal medium to establish the rapid propagation system of Chimonanthus praecox. The results showed that MS + BA 5.00 mg / L + NAA 0.30 mg / L was suitable for the primary culture of the stem section of Chimonanthus praecox; the multiplication coefficient of sterile seedlings on medium of 1 / 2MS + BA 1.00 mg / L and IBA 0.10 mg / L Highest; 1 / 2MS medium can effectively promote rooting of tissue culture seedlings, the efficiency of up to 100.00%.
