球墨铸铁用作船用柴油机曲轴的材料,对获得合理的曲轴结构形状、毛坯制造及加工极为有利。为此,研究其工艺、材料对疲劳断裂的影响,提高曲轴的可靠性,以适应发动机强载的要求,是有价值的。本文通过对船用中速柴油机球墨铸铁曲轴(实物)疲劳强度的试验研究,得出材质的石墨球、渗碳体、夹杂物以及缩松对疲劳强度的影响。同时,对不同热处理工艺的球墨铸铁曲轴材料断裂韧性K_(I C)进行了测定,由此得到相应的结论。
Nodular cast iron used as a marine diesel engine crankshaft material, to obtain a reasonable crankshaft shape, rough manufacturing and processing is extremely favorable. Therefore, it is valuable to study the influence of technology and material on fatigue fracture, improve the reliability of crankshaft to meet the requirement of strong engine load. In this paper, the fatigue strength of medium speed diesel engine ductile iron crankshaft (in-kind) is tested and studied, and the influence of graphite balls, cementite, inclusions and shrinkage on the fatigue strength is obtained. At the same time, the fracture toughness K_ (I C) of ductile iron crankshafts with different heat treatment processes were measured, and the corresponding conclusions were obtained.
