中国移动通信事业高速发展的同时也面临着频率资源日益紧张和数据业务传输速率较低的问题。为解决这些问题,第3代(3G)移动通信系统的发展被提上日程。根据国内各运营商的现状,综合考虑升级成本、演进的复杂程度,以及后续发展等因素,在充分利用现有移动通信网络资源的基础上,针对3种不同的3G标准,提出了各自的演进策略:由GSM向WCDMA的演进,由GSM向TD SCDMA的演进以及由IS 95CDMA向CD MA2000演进策略。最后分别得出适合不同运营商的3G演进之路。
With the rapid development of China’s mobile communications industry, it is also facing the problem of increasingly tight frequency resources and lower transmission rate of data services. To solve these problems, the third generation (3G) mobile communication system has been put on the agenda. According to the status quo of all domestic operators, taking into account factors such as upgrade cost, complexity of evolution and subsequent development, taking full advantage of the existing mobile communication network resources, we propose their own evolutions for three different 3G standards Strategy: Evolution from GSM to WCDMA, Evolution from GSM to TD SCDMA and Evolved from IS 95 CDMA to CD MA2000. Finally come out for different operators 3G evolution path.
