目的评价南昌市五星农场小学学生血防知识问卷的质量。方法采用信度、效度、难度与区分度等指标对问卷质量进行评估。结果知识问卷总体信度水平较好,分半信度和Cronbach α系数分别为0.68、0.627;问卷量表内容效度较好,探索性因子分析表明13个条目的量表有5个公因子,可以解释58.3%的总体方差,同时验证性因子分析表明13个条目的量表结构效度较总量表好(χ2=90.5,自由度df=65,拟合优度指数GFI=0.92,平均拟合优度指数AGFI=0.88,规范拟合指数NFI=0.58,比较拟合指数CFI=0.817,近似误差均方根RMSEA=0.049);血防知识问卷量表的条目难度适宜且区分度较好,平均难度指数和平均区分度指数分别为0.595、0.42。结论 问卷总体质量合格,但部分条目需要修正,使之更加科学可靠。
Objective To evaluate the quality of knowledge-based questionnaires of blood-prevention in five-star farm primary school in Nanchang. Methods The reliability, validity, difficulty and discrimination were used to evaluate the quality of the questionnaire. Results The overall reliability of the knowledge questionnaire was good, with half-reliability and Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of 0.68 and 0.627, respectively. The content of the questionnaire was better and the results of exploratory factor analysis showed that there were 5 common factors in the 13 items, 58.3% of the total variance can be explained, while the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the 13 items scale structure validity than the total scale (χ2 = 90.5, degree of freedom df = 65, goodness of fit index GFI = 0.92, the average The index of goodness-of-fit index (AGFI) was 0.88, the standard fit index (NFI) was 0.58, the fit index was CFI = 0.817 and RMSEA was 0.049) Difficulty index and the average index of differentiation were 0.595,0.42. Conclusion The overall quality of the questionnaire is acceptable, but some of the entries need to be amended to make them more scientific and reliable.
