文章对13号车钩在宏观和微观之间进行了强度计算探讨,计算结果表明,与静拉应力试验结果基本相符。通过13号车钩钩舌在正常静拉破坏下发生的三个典型破断位置的断面的应力计算得知,欲提高钩舌静拉破坏强度,首先应提高该3个断面的微观强度和最低屈服点荷重。在钩舌结构确定后,提高上述断面处外表面、型心孔表面质量和提高车钩本身材质强度,无疑是提高钩舌强度的有效方法。
