食品卫生监督员在查处食品卫生违法案件时,经常要对有关责任人及相关人员进行询问,它是食品卫生监督员在现场现查及实验室鉴定的基础上,运用灵活、适当的谈判技巧,以了解有关案情,证实有关问题,获取证言材料,依法对有关食品生产经营人员(询问对象)进行提问查询的活动。通过与询问对象进行面对面的交谈,达到统一思想、统一认识和预期处罚的目的。1 询问的目的1.1食品卫生监督员对有关人员进行询问,是为了查清该起食品卫生违法案件发生的时间、地点、手段、情节以及产生的后果。要尽可能多的查出违法单位的问题,包括直接、间接的违法行为,对与违法案件有关的、具有法律效力、能证明违法事实的证言尽可能的收集,把每个问题的前因后果都搞清楚。
