为明确影响企业知识流动的因素,促进知识流动,受流体力学中达西定律的启示,建立知识流影响因素的数学模型,确定知识流受到知识粘性、组织渗透性、知识流动范围、组织距离、外在压力等因素的影响,并分析其对知识流的影响效果。以此为基础,构建促进知识流动的动力模型,分析驱动力对影响因素的作用机制及模型的应用前景。
In order to clarify the factors that affect the enterprise’s knowledge flow and promote knowledge flow, inspired by Darcy’s law in fluid mechanics, a mathematical model of knowledge flow influencing factors is established to determine that knowledge flow is affected by knowledge stickiness, organizational permeation, knowledge flow range, organizational distance, External pressure and other factors, and analyze its effect on knowledge flow. Based on this, a dynamic model of promoting knowledge flow is constructed, and the mechanism of the driving force on the influencing factors and the application prospect of the model are analyzed.
