目的了解江门市饮水机在使用过程中对桶装饮用水产生的微生物二次污染状况并对其影响因素进行探讨,为进一步改善饮水机的卫生状况、减少二次污染提供科学依据。方法随机抽取79台正在使用的普通饮水机进行细菌学调查,并对其中19台污染前情况和13台清洗后进行追踪观察。结果 79台饮水机其冷水阀出水的细菌总数、霉菌+酵母菌和大肠菌群污染率分别为82.3%、34.2%和10.1%,耐热大肠菌群和致病菌未检出;饮水机清洗前后对比其污染率差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.764,P<0.01)。结论江门市正在使用的饮水机对桶装饮用水仍然存在着严重的微生物二次污染,定期和合理清洗饮水机很有必要。
Objective To understand the secondary pollution status of microbes in bottled drinking water during the process of using drinking fountains in Jiangmen City and to discuss the influencing factors on these factors so as to provide scientific basis for further improving the hygienic conditions of drinking fountains and reducing secondary pollution. Methods A total of 79 ordinary drinking fountains were used for bacteriological investigation. Nineteen pre-contamination cases and 13 post-cleaning cases were followed up. Results The total number of bacteria, molds, yeasts and coliform bacteria in the 79 drinking fountains were 82.3%, 34.2% and 10.1%, respectively. The heat-resistant coliform bacteria and pathogens were not detected. Before and after the comparison of the pollution rate was statistically significant (χ2 = 12.764, P <0.01). Conclusion Drinking fountains in Jiangmen still have serious secondary pollution to barreled drinking water. It is necessary to regularly and reasonably clean drinking fountains.
