利用文献综述法、资料分析法对凤台县中小学状况和消防安全管理工作存在的问题进行分析研究,探讨中小学消防安全管理的对策。结果:教职员工和学生的消防安全意识淡薄;消防基础设施条件较差;用火用电不规范,火灾诱发原因较多;消防安全设施维护保养不到位,缺损严重;消防安全疏散通道不畅通。对策:树立消防安全防范意识;严格做好新建校舍的消防审核验收;加强对学校消防安全设施的维护保养强化学生宿舍的消防安全管理;落实消防安全管理工作责任。
Using literature review method and data analysis method to analyze the situation of primary and middle schools in Fengtai County and the existing problems of fire safety management, and discussing the countermeasures of fire safety management in primary and secondary schools. Results: The staffs and students had weak awareness of fire safety; the conditions of fire protection infrastructure were poor; the non-standard use of fire power led to more fire-induced causes; the inadequate maintenance and repair of fire safety facilities; the serious lack of fire protection; Countermeasures: Establish a fire safety awareness; strict fire check and acceptance of new school buildings; strengthen the maintenance of school fire safety facilities to strengthen student dormitory fire safety management; implementation of fire safety management responsibilities.
