在食用菌的生产过程中,常因杂菌的污染而导致减产或绝收。目前,广大菇农都在寻找一种最理想的消毒剂。笔者对灭菌后的金星消毒液对青霉的杀伤力作了一次试验,现将结果报告如下: (一)供试材料 药剂为湖北随州市化学科研制品厂生产的金星消毒液。菌株是本院特产系微生物实验室自存青霉菌种,培养基为PDA培养基。 (二)试验方法 ①制孢子悬浮液:取青霉孢子置无菌水中,混匀。用血球计数法测得每毫升孢子液含孢子3.05×10~6个。再采用连续稀释法稀释10~3。②试验设计:A处理,在每个平板中加入经1.05kg/cm~230分钟高压灭菌后的30倍金星消毒液0.1ml;B处理,在每个平板中加入0.1ml无菌水作对照。每处理三个重复。每个平板中接入0.1ml上述孢子液,涂布均匀,置25℃恒温箱内培养,观察菌落数及长势。 (三)结果分析 试验结果见下表。从表中可看出:经高压灭菌后的30倍金星消毒液处理的青霉孢子的萌发率,平均比对照降低了5%左右;金星消毒液的药
