烟酸为吡啶(pyridine)衍生物,其化学名为3-吡啶甲酸(pyridine-3-carboxylic acid)。其制备方法很多,今就我厂试制经验介绍于下,以供参考并望指正。一、烟碱的提取烟碱(l-1-methyl-2-(3′-pyridyl)-pyrrolidine)是不含氧的液体生物碱,多与枸(?)酸、苹果酸等结合成盐类,主要含于烟叶中。具有挥发性,所以在碱性溶液中能与水蒸汽共同馏出,在60℃以下时,能与水反应生成水合物,而与水可任意混合,在210℃以上时也能与水任意混合。我们根据它的性状,及本厂的条件,也作了很多试验,现将比较满意者介绍于下.
