运用钢包运行周期方法详细统计了钢包在各环节的停留时间,研究了温降规律,计算出钢包运行周期和合理钢包运行个数,并发现钢包运行期间存在的主要问题是:钢包实际投入运行的个数较多,空包运行时间较长,在线烘包时间较短。通过对钢包运行的优化控制,不但缩短了钢包运行的周期,确定出合理的钢包运行个数,而且使空包运行速度加快,钢包运行的工序时间缩短了10min,基本实现了正常生产情况下的红包出钢。钢包的运行控制对节省能源、降低钢包个数,特别是稳定和降低钢水的浇铸温度、促进连铸的顺行和提高铸坯的质量均有着重要意义。
