2003年中国远程教育发展主流是好的。但有一个比较让人担忧的问题,即“重商主义”苗头的出现。如“重招生、轻培养”;“重数量、轻质量”、“重课件,轻教学”、“重光盘,轻网络”等问题。重商主义苗头出现的原因是多方面的,但归根结底是没有对发展现代远程教育事业所应遵循的基本原理和基本原则达成共识,这些原则包括:一、“教育者办教育”;二、“远程教育是教育者办教育的超越校园的技术性延伸,“现代远程教育是基于信息与网络技术的远程教育”;三、“技术性延伸”应由现代远程教育服
The mainstream of China’s distance education in 2003 is good.
