本实验对31例失代偿期肝硬化患者进行了智商检测及血氨及简单声、光反应时间检测,结果45.2%患者智商低下。智商低下者较智商正常者反应时间明显延长,而两者血氨水平无明显差异。
In this study, 31 cases of decompensated cirrhosis patients with IQ test and blood ammonia and simple sound and light reaction time test, the results of 45.2% of patients with low IQ. IQ lower IQ than normal reaction time was significantly longer, but no significant difference between the two levels of ammonia.
