我校位于赣榆区西南角,地处苏鲁两省三县交界处。学校下辖6所完小、2个教学点,目前共有专任教师125人。有数据显示,自2010年以来,学校退休教师、外调教师80余人,与新进教师总数基本持平。目前,45岁以下的中青年教师占全校教师总数的80%以上。由于新教师人数的急速增长,而市、区一级的新教师培训,因各种原因并不能完全满足学校、教师本身的需求,这种矛盾将在一定时期内存在着。如何从不同层面促进新教师的快速成长,是目前影响农村学校办学质量的头等大事。
Our school is located in the southwestern corner of Ganyu District, located at the junction of Sulu two provinces and three counties. The school administered 6 small, 2 teaching points, there are currently 125 full-time teachers. Statistics show that since 2010, there have been more than 80 retired teachers and teachers in the school, which is basically the same as the total number of new teachers. At present, young and middle-aged teachers under 45 account for more than 80% of the total number of teachers in the school. Due to the rapid growth of the number of new teachers, new teacher training at city and district levels can not fully meet the needs of schools and teachers for various reasons. Such contradictions will exist for a certain period of time. How to promote the rapid growth of new teachers at different levels is the top priority for the quality of running schools in rural schools.
