北京CAPE’95会议宏观勾划了企业重组的实施要领:从精益生产过渡到灵捷制造;用虚拟企业形式组织全球合作;管理体制和决策系统从集中走向分散。CAD系统的体系结构需要相应改造才能适应这种生产组织的新形势。
The Beijing CAPE’95 conference outlined macros for the implementation of corporate restructuring: transitioning from lean production to agile manufacturing; organizing global cooperation in the form of virtual enterprises; and the management system and decision-making system moving from centralized to decentralized. The CAD system’s architecture needs to be adapted accordingly to the new situation of this production organization.
