目的 探讨不同苯浓度作业场所对淋巴细胞微核和 /淋巴细胞百分比高的工人的骨髓CD34+ 细胞数量及单个核细胞AnnexinV ,Fas阳性表达率的影响。方法 对 2 0例淋巴细胞微核和 /淋巴细胞百分比偏高的苯作业工人和 10例正常人 ,采用流式细胞术检测CD34+ 细胞数量 ,单个核细胞AnnexinV和Fas的阳性表达率 ;气相色谱法测定作业场所苯浓度。结果 苯浓度 34~ 5 82mg/m3 作业工人骨髓CD34+ 细胞数量明显低于正常对照组 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,相关分析呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,r =- 0 .95。骨髓单个核细胞AnnexinV阳性表达率与Fas阳性表达率明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,相关分析呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,r =0 .96 ;苯浓度 8~ 32mg/m3 作业工人骨髓仅CD34+ 细胞数量高于正常对照组。结论 动态测定苯作业工人骨髓CD34+ 细胞数量 ,AnnexinV和Fas阳性表达率对慢性职业性苯中毒有早期诊断和预防意义
