建筑业一直是我国国民经济中的支柱产业之一,其产值占GDP比重较重大,产业关联度很高,自我国实行改革开放政策以来,国民经济得到快速的发展,而且也使建筑行业取得了突破性发展。此外,建筑行业的发展也促进了诸如钢铁加工业、水泥制造业等其他行业的发展,成为我国社会经济建设中不可或缺的主导产业,它为我国缓解就业压力发挥具大作用。本文首先对当前我国建筑经济发展的现状以及存在的诸多问题进行了深入的分析,并且提出了一些加快我国建筑经济发展的有效措施。
The construction industry has always been one of the pillar industries in our country’s national economy. Its output value accounts for a relatively large proportion of GDP and a high degree of industrial relations. Since the implementation of the policy of reform and opening up in our country, the national economy has been rapidly developed and the construction industry has also achieved Breakthrough development. In addition, the development of the construction industry has also promoted the development of other industries such as the iron and steel processing industry and the cement manufacturing industry, becoming the indispensable leading industry in China’s social and economic construction. It has played a significant role in alleviating the employment pressure in our country. This article first analyzes the current situation of our country’s construction economy development and many problems, and puts forward some effective measures to speed up the development of China’s construction economy.
