“Three pairs of hatchbacks, vestibule backyard Kwong Mingtang”. Our ancestors had a clear and lively portrayal of our residence in the Jianghuai area. These dwellings, once active in people’s lives, have long since fallen into the misty rain of an ancient city with the dust of history. But the towering walls, the built-in patios, and the gray and white bricks cast a lingering impression on those who used to play with them. These dwellings have an interesting and visual name - “copper locks”.
