图示的夹头能够对应零件位置的微小变化而变化,从而可防止零件在加工中的变形。该夹头的开合,可利用气缸前端的凸轮完成前后动作。当夹头张开时,夹头处中心位置,需夹紧零件时,气缸前端的凸轮离开凸轮从动轮,由于弹簧1、2的伸缩作用,从而可对应零件位置的变化而夹紧。另一方面,当夹紧杆对应零件位置变化时,由于弹簧1、2弹簧力相互平衡,因此零件不会产生外加的变形力,但此时弹簧的定数必须小。
