目的:观察益气消滞汤经鼻肠管注入对食管癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:将确诊为食管癌的60例患者纳入研究并随机分为2组各30例,2组患者均行手术治疗,术后即采用胃肠减压、补液、制酸护胃、抗感染等常规治疗,对照组经鼻肠管注入肠内营养混悬液,观察组经鼻肠管注入肠内营养混悬液后注入益气消滞汤。2组疗程均为3天。比较2组患者的胃肠功能恢复情况,术后第1天与术后第3天时白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及胃肠肽(VIP)、胃动素(MOT)的水平。结果:术后第3天,2组IL-6、hs-CRP水平均较术后第1天降低(P<0.05),观察组2项指标值均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组MOT水平较术后第1天降低,VIP水平则较术后第1天升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组MOT水平低于对照组,VIP水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者均顺利完成手术,观察组术后肛门排气时间、排便时间及肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气消滞汤有助于促进食管癌术后患者的胃肠功能恢复,抑制炎症反应,调节胃肠激素水平。
Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqi Xiaoshi Decoction on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with esophageal cancer after nasal and intestinal injection. Methods: Sixty patients diagnosed as esophageal cancer were included in the study and were randomly divided into two groups of 30 patients. The patients in both groups underwent surgical treatment. After operation, gastrointestinal decompression, rehydration, antacids and anti-infection Routine treatment, the control group by enteral nutrition into the nasal cavity suspension, the observation group by enteral parenteral nutrition into the suspension after injection of Qi digestion soup. The two groups were treated for 3 days. The recovery of gastrointestinal function was compared between the two groups. The levels of interleukin 6 (IL-6), hs-CRP and VIP ), Motilin (MOT) levels. Results: On the third day after operation, the levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP in the two groups were lower than those on the first day after operation (P <0.05), and the two indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05); 2 The level of MOT was lower than that on the first day and VIP level was higher than that on the first day after operation (P <0.05). The level of MOT was lower in the observation group than in the control group, and the VIP level was higher than that in the control group , The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The operation of the two groups was successfully completed. The anal exhaust time, defecation time and bowel sound recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Xiaoshi Decoction can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, inhibit the inflammatory reaction and regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormone in postoperative esophageal cancer patients.
