目前铁皮石斛种苗生产主要采用植物组织培养的方法,传统的固体培养方式成本高效率低,无法满足市场需求,利用间歇浸没式生物反应器可以减少人工投入,降低生产成本。利用自主研发的间歇浸没式生物反应器培养铁皮石斛种苗,同时以固体培养作对照,比较了两种培养方式的铁皮石斛增殖率及植株高度、茎粗、根系情况、移栽成活率等。结果显示间歇浸没式生物反应器培养获得的铁皮石斛增殖率更高,组培苗更健壮,而且根系适中,利于栽培,移栽成活率也高于固体培养,为铁皮石斛种苗生产提供了一种新的方法。
At present, the production of Dendrobium officinale seedlings mainly adopts the method of plant tissue culture. The traditional solid culture method has low cost and high efficiency and can not meet the market demand. The intermittent immersion bioreactor can reduce manual input and reduce the production cost. Using self-developed intermittent submerged bioreactor, the seedlings of Dendrobium officinale were cultured, and the solid culture was used as the control. The proliferation rate, plant height, stem diameter, root system and transplanting survival rate of Dendrobium candidum were compared. The results showed that the proliferation rate of Dendrobium candidum obtained by batch immersion bioreactor was higher, the tissue culture seedlings were more robust, and the root system was moderate, which was beneficial to the cultivation and the transplanting survival rate was also higher than that of the solid culture, which provided a A new way.
