本文用冲击响应谱规范法研究了引信后座机构的安全与可靠作用条件,得到了三种引信的安全谱、发射谱和相应的可靠区;认为静力解除保险条件式是保守的;当机构频率小于临界频率时华氏安全条件是有风险,反之为保守;同时给出在可靠区上选择机构参数的方法;并给出对机构安全性考验最严格的冲击加速度脉冲。最后指出这些结果证明冲击响应谱规范法是正确的、可行的。
In this paper, we study the safe and reliable working conditions of the back fuselage with the shock response spectrum method, and obtain the safety spectrum, emission spectrum and the corresponding reliable zone of the three kinds of fuze. It is considered that the conditional condition of the static relieving is conservative. If the frequency is less than the critical frequency, the Fahrenheit’s safety conditions are risky, and conversely conservative. At the same time, a method of selecting the mechanism parameters in the reliable zone is given. The most impulsive impact acceleration pulse is given to the mechanism safety test. Finally, it is pointed out that these results prove that the impact response spectrum method is correct and feasible.
