虽然伦理型领导影响员工反生产行为的“瀑布模型”在国外得到证实,但这方面的研究在中国依然比较缺乏。本文对上述“瀑布模型”在中国文化背景下进行了实证检验。研究发现,伦理型领导影响员工反生产行为的“瀑布模型”在中国依然成立。员工权力距离导向对不同层次伦理型领导与反生产行为的关系具有不同的调节作用。对于高权力距离导向员工,高层伦理型领导对其反生产行为的负向影响更为强烈,而直线伦理型领导对低权力距离导向员工反生产行为的负向影响更为明显。
Although the “waterfall model” of ethical leadership affecting employee anti-production behavior has been confirmed abroad, the research in this area is still relatively scarce in China. This paper tests the above “waterfall model” under the background of Chinese culture. The study found that ethical leadership “waterfall model ” which affects employee anti-production behavior is still established in China. Staff power distance-oriented on the different levels of ethical leadership and anti-production behavior has a different regulatory role. For the high-power-oriented employees, the top-level ethical leaders have a more negative impact on their anti-production behaviors, while the negative ethical leaders have a more negative impact on the anti-counterproductive behaviors of low-power-distance employees.
