加强横向经济联合与协作,最大限度共享区域分工和合作利益,已成为在社会主义市场经济条件下区域发展的基本取向。长三角地区是我国经济发展最为活跃的地区之一。近年来,我省坚持东向发展,积极融入长三角,与长三角地区在基础设施对接、市场融合、旅游合作等方面都取得了长足进展,时空距离进一步拉近,合作的层次不断加深。胡锦涛总书记在皖视察期间,明确要求我省要发挥区位、自然资源和劳动力优势,积极参与泛长三角区域发展分工。总书记的重要讲话,为我省在更高层次上参与泛长三角合作指明了方向,对于我省实现跨越式发展具有非常重要的现实意义。当前,贯彻落实胡锦涛总书记重要讲话精神,我们必须主动作为,做泛长三角合作的倡导者、参与者和推动者,在各个层面寻求最大共识,努力构建全新的合作机制,推动我省经济实现跨越式发展。 Strengthening the horizontal economic cooperation and coordination and sharing the benefits of regional division and cooperation to the maximum extent has become the basic orientation for regional development under the conditions of a socialist market economy. The Yangtze River Delta is one of the most economically developed areas in our country. In recent years, our province has adhered to the development in the east and has actively integrated into the Yangtze River Delta. It has made great strides in the infrastructure connection, market integration and tourism cooperation with the Yangtze River Delta Region. The time and space distance has further narrowed and the level of cooperation has been deepening. During his visit to Anhui, General Secretary Hu Jintao explicitly requested that our province should take advantage of its location, natural resources and labor force and actively participate in the division of labor in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta region. The important speech of the General Secretary pointed out the direction for our province to participate in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta cooperation at a higher level, which is of great practical significance for the realization of leapfrog development in our province. At present, in implementing the spirit of General Secretary Hu Jintao’s important speech, we must take the initiative as an advocate, participant and promoter of the Pan-Yangtze River Delta cooperation, seek consensus at all levels and strive to establish a new cooperation mechanism so as to promote the realization of economic Leaping Development.
