在煤矿电气设备检修过程中,经常发现电动机定子铁芯局部烧毁现象,对烧毁直径在5mm以下的,我们采用化学方法修理,而后重新嵌线效果较好;对烧毁直径在30-150mm之间的,如仍采用化学方法处理,那么重新嵌线后故障处产生的涡流温升,将使定子绕组绝缘在此处降低,最终导致电动机在短时间内再次烧毁,所以对此类电动机的修理一般外委。为降低我们的修理成本,提高检修质量,下面针对此类电动机的修复加以介绍。
