研究了热成型工艺对镍包铁粉填充橡胶电磁屏蔽性能及隔声性能的影响。结果表明:硫化时间随硫化温度的升高而降低,硫化时间过长及硫化温度过高对材料的电导率及电磁屏蔽性能均有不利影响。当硫化温度为150℃时,材料的电磁屏蔽性能最佳。硫化压力提高,材料的密度会得到提升,材料的隔声量相应得到提高。当硫化压力为40 MPa时,材料隔声量最高,达到34.9 d B。
The effect of thermoforming on the electromagnetic shielding performance and sound insulation performance of nickel-coated iron powder filled rubber was studied. The results show that the vulcanization time decreases with the increase of the vulcanization temperature. The vulcanization time is too long and the vulcanization temperature is too high, which adversely affects the conductivity and electromagnetic shielding properties of the material. When the vulcanization temperature is 150 ℃, the material has the best electromagnetic shielding performance. Vulcanization pressure increases, the density of the material will be improved, the corresponding amount of sound insulation materials have been improved. When the vulcanization pressure is 40 MPa, the material sound insulation is the highest, reaching 34.9 dB.
