近年来,为调整渔业产品结构,促进名优渔业的发展,提高养殖经济效益,我们在山东省临沂市盛能集团养殖场进行了史氏鲟工厂化养殖试验,取得了一些经验和教训,现将该技术总结如下:一、场地条件试验用池为养殖罗非鱼用的10个鱼池,池塘规格为长20m、宽5m、高1m,东西走向。鱼池配有上水量为80m3/小时的轴流泵2台。试验用水为地下水和电厂热水,水质符合养殖要求,透明度为30cm以上,溶解氧量为4mg/L,pH值为7~8左右,水温控制在23℃左右,水深1.5m左右,池水流速保持0.1m/s。
